AESTHETICATION ANIMATION1

Our Programme

Our mentorship is aimed at doctors who have as a minimum of foundation training in surgery and one year of aesthetic practice

Aesthetication is designed to enhance the skills of aesthetic practitioners, helping them to advance their practice and build confidence to take on a more holistic approach when treating patients. Students will be given the opportunity to learn from practitioners who have real-world experience and who have established themselves as multidisciplinary experts.

Programme Structure

The programme is structured with nine modules together with a series of assignments and will cover the following:

  1. Whole patient assessment – selection, anatomy, and psychology

  2. Consultations – triage, expectations, and refusal of service

  3. Surgical skills – hand dexterity and injection precision

  4. Complications – safety, identification & resolution

  5. Injectable product selection – rheology, longevity & reliability

  6. Devices – challenges, opportunities & financing

  7. Skin health – assessment, product selection & dermatological conditions

  8. Business matters – marketing, media, finance, regulations & facilities

  9. Suppliers – selection, relationships, and KOL opportunities

Practical Component

Students will be required to arrange three models who will be treated over the course of the programme. This approach will better reflect a realistic patient journey and help students to understand the implications that procedures have when delivered over a number of visits. The programme is very much designed to reflect real-world practice and ensure that our students are well equipped to assess and treat patients effectively.

Assessment

Student’s progress will be monitored and routinely assessed with the programme culminating in a assignment which is designed to ensure appropriate progress in both theoretical and practical abilities.

Outcomes

Option 1:

At the end of the programme students will be well placed to further their own independent practice with ongoing support via our alumni network.

Option 2:

Our best graduates will be offered the opportunity to enter into business with us. The ownership structure is flexible and will be negotiated on case-by-case basis. Our intention to is establish a network of practitioner owned clinics which are fully supported by a central corporate office and surgical referral centre.
